1. quiet & relaxing
Our villa is quietly located but still very close to the center. The pool is hardly visible and there are no direct neighbors who can see into the villa.
2. flexible Ceck-IN
Depending on when your plane lands, you can check in late with us. Check-out is at 11 am on the day of departure. If you would like to stay longer because your plane departs in the evening, we will charge you a small fee if our villa is not already rented on the same day.

F.A.Q.
Some questions and answers
Yes there is a possibility that we organize your transfer. The cost is currently about 30 €. There are also cabs at the airport. The transfer costs here are about 35 € and 40 €.
Since the villa is exclusively for you, you cater for yourself. Of course, all major appliances are available. Coffee maker, stove, oven, toaster, grill and much more.
The pool is used exclusively by you. There are no other users. The pool is chlorinated daily or every two days. The PH value is between 7.0 and 7.4.
The villa is thoroughly cleaned every time before guests arrive. While you occupy the villa, you take care of the necessities.
Check-IN is from 4 pm and check-OUT is at 11 am. If you want to check-in later this is of course possible. Check-OUT after 11am is only possible if the villa is not rented the next day. We take the liberty to charge a small fee for late check-out.
On your arrival we require 150 € deposit for any damage caused by you. Of course you will get this back at your departure.
